Enrique joined MTA as a Paralegal in 2021 and currently holds the position of Junior Associate. His practice focuses mainly on Corporate/M&A and Corporate Law. He has experience advising national and international clients in the structuring of corporate schemes, the purchase and sale of shares and the day-to-day management of operations. Enrique is a conciliator in law and completed a semester at the Católica Global School of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa Law School in Lisbon, Portugal. During this time he studied subjects related to European corporate governance and corporate criminal law. He is particularly interested in financial law and the technology and artificial intelligence sector from a national and international legal and regulatory perspective.
