Lucas is an associate who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá. He has postgraduate studies in France: a Master's degree in Public Law from the University of Poitiers and a Master's degree in Administration and Public Policy from the University Paris Nanterre, where he received an honorable mention for his high academic average. In recent years, Lucas has focused on providing legal advice in the infrastructure and public services sectors, providing support to national and foreign companies in the framework of different projects, including the First Line of the Bogotá Metro. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in topics related to administrative law, public and private contracting, environmental law, natural resources, and conflict resolution, which he puts at the service of clients of Muñoz Tamayo & Asociados. Lucas is part of the public and environmental law team since 2022.
