We regularly advise on the acquisition of Colombian companies by local and foreign businesses and/or private equity funds. Against a complex legal and regulatory environment, we aim to offer certainty for investors and corporates.
Where required, we collaborate with international law firms providing the Colombian law counsel as part of cross-border transactions.
