Jorge Pablo is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with a specialization in Business and Corporate Law from Universidad del Rosario. He is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor Law practice.

He has extensive experience advising national and international clients on labor matters, including employment contracts, management of individual and collective labor relations, disciplinary proceedings, social security, immigration procedures, and the acquisition of work permits. He has also been involved in corporate and litigation matters, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Before joining the Firm, he enhanced his professional training with studies in Corporate Compliance and Data Protection, strengthening his comprehensive understanding of legal and regulatory risk.
