Juanita has been part of the corporate and public law team since 2022.​She has more than 10 years of experience, working in the public and private sector, in legal areas of national and multinational companies, in positions such as Legal Advisor and Senior Lawyer.​ She has extensive knowledge in Corporate Governance, General Secretariat, development of contractual processes, definition of legal schemes for the implementation of new products, management of national and international clients and structuring of corporate policies.​Juanita has a global, analytical, critical and strategic thinking that supports the development of projects or business plans with regional scope.
