María Paula is a paralegal in the Labor and Sports Law area at the firm. She is currently in her ninth semester of Law and completing her option in History and Economics at Universidad de los Andes. Throughout her studies, she has developed a deep interest in labor and sports law, a passion she has nurtured as a monitor for labor relations and sports law at her university.

She has over two years of experience in labor consultancy at prominent firms in the country, advising national and international clients on the management of individual and collective labor relations, social security procedures, immigration matters, and more.
