María Paula is a Junior Associate in the firm's Labour & Employment and Sports Law practice. She is currently in her ninth semester of Law School at Universidad de los Andes, where she is also completing a double concentration in History and Economics. Throughout her academic career, she has developed a strong interest in labour and sports law, an area in which she has also served as a teaching assistant for Labour Relations and Sports Law courses at the university.

She has over two years of experience in labor consultancy at prominent firms in the country, advising national and international clients on the management of individual and collective labor relations, social security procedures, immigration matters, and more.
