Alejandra is an attorney graduated from Universidad de los Andes and holds a specialization in Labor Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has experience in Labor Law, Social Security, Immigration, Sports Law, and International Law, advising both national and international clients on the comprehensive management of labor relations and regulatory compliance.
During her academic years, she served as a teaching assistant for the course "Legislation and Public Policy" and was actively involved in the Legal Clinic at Universidad de los Andes, specifically in the Prisons Group. There, she provided legal assistance to indigenous communities deprived of liberty and supported formerly incarcerated individuals in their reintegration processes.
Since joining Muñoz Tamayo & Asociados, she has advised well-known professional football clubs on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts for athletes, player transfer processes, and the resolution of disputes before regulatory bodies such as Dimayor, the Colombian Football Federation, CONMEBOL, and FIFA.
Her strategic approach combines solid legal knowledge with practical insight, particularly in the labor and sports sectors.
