Juan Felipe is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, where he served as a teaching assistant in courses such as Corporate Law and Procedural Law. During his undergraduate studies, he was part of the winning team of the VII National Corporate Law Competition.

He has experience in corporate litigation and corporate law. Juan Felipe has served as a judicial clerk at the Colombian Corporate Jurisdiction, handling a wide range of corporate disputes. He has also advised national and international clients on corporate structuring and corporate governance matters.
